About the Role

We are looking for dynamic Sales Director to join our team. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our unique geodesic domes to potential clients. This role offers a fantastic incentive structure, with the opportunity to earn on each dome sold.

Requirements

1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calls, emails, networking, and referrals.

2. Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of our geodesic domes, their features, benefits, and customization options to effectively present and explain them to prospective buyers of our services.

3. Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments and consult with clients to match the appropriate dome model to their unique requirements and desires.

4. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling and persuasive sales presentations, both in person and virtually, showcasing the value and advantages of our domes.

5. Closing Deals: Actively pursue leads, negotiate terms, and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

6. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and provide regular reports to the sales head.
